When you change packages we do not charge you for the difference. Rather, we adjust the Usage Time available based on the difference in the pricing between the packages and the amount of time you have left. If you change to a more expensive package, then your Usage Time will go down, and vice versa. Therefore, when you originally purchased Package 3, you were given 31 days, hence a renewal date of January 28, 2023, but when you changed to package 10 your renewal date changed to January 19, 2023. The $10.00 that you added is still in your account under the Services Surplus.
