Question of CQG intraday data

I don't fully understand the statement on https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/CQGTrading.php.
"Historical Intraday Data: Provided by the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service. This data is 10 minutes delayed."

Does it mean that when I have a live trading, I never get a intraday bar (ex. 5 min) immediately? The 5 min bar is always 10 min delayed and auto trading strategy like KD crossover by using spreadsheet cannot work correctly because the spreadsheet also has a delay of 10 mins.

No, it does not mean this. It means that the historical Intraday data which is downloaded at the time of connection to the trading server will be delayed 10 minutes meaning that the last 10 minutes of data is missing. After that, real-time bars will begin to display as trading occurs.

Something you can do is that after 10 minutes you can right-click on the chart before the missing bars, from the 10 minute delay, and select Delete and Download Data. All of the missing data will then be filled in.
