Yes, but only through BitMex. BitMex is a supported trading service. It is one of the services listed in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service.

In the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings select Bitmex Trading Direct in the Current Selected Service. Select the A button to the right of that selection to apply the change - you will then see a new set of Server Settings open up underneath. Fill in the appropriate information to make the connection to BitMex. Note that this connection is considered a "Legacy" connection - in that we are no longer making any changes/updates to it, so if BixMex makes changes on their end that would require changes on our end, then it simply will no longer work. Yes, this is what you would want to do as you would be connecting to two different trading services. Refer to the information at the following link for how to install a second Sierra Chart: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart when i try select symbol in bitmex , i see only futures .
If you do the second installation, then you should not have any issues. But, our servers are showing that you are connected to the Teton Order Routing Service, in which case, you should still be able to get the BitMex data into that install. You would need to open the BitMex section on the Find Symbol page and then select the option for Get BitMex Symbols and then select the button towards the bottom right for "Get Symbols".
