Hi , can i install sierra twice on my pc. one for futures , other for crypto ?
Yes, this is what you would want to do as you would be connecting to two different trading services. Refer to the information at the following link for how to install a second Sierra Chart: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart when i try select symbol in bitmex , i see only futures .
If you do the second installation, then you should not have any issues. But, our servers are showing that you are connected to the Teton Order Routing Service, in which case, you should still be able to get the BitMex data into that install. You would need to open the BitMex section on the Find Symbol page and then select the option for Get BitMex Symbols and then select the button towards the bottom right for "Get Symbols".
