I've had countless problems accessing live data this past month. I paid for service package 5 which is what I used to go through for Sierra. I then discovered that I need service package 11, so I paid for that hoping to get some sort of refund or credit for what I paid for package 5 which I didn't. Now it's showing that I have live data but I can't pull up a chart, which AMP told me was because Sierra no longer uses CQG which is who I'm using through AMP. Please help further assist.

What happens when you go from Service Package 5 to 11 is your usage time is adjusted. So you did not lose any value of what you paid for. You still received what you paid for.
