Hello, I use 2 computers to connect to Sierra Chart, my 2nd computer does not send the feed, I made a payment and validated the pack to be able to use 2 different computer systems but it still does not work: Active Service: 1 additional system - Active until: 2023-01-20 23:59:59 UTC |

It is not the "Additional System" option that you need. By default you are setup to be able to have Sierra Chart running on up to 3 computers at the same time. The issue is with the exchange data, as the exchanges have different rules - in particular you can only have 2 connections to the data from from a single computer and if you want to have a second computer accessing the data at the same time, then you need to pay a second exchange fee. i need this even if on computer 1 i am using rithmic feed with APEX trading and on computer number 2 i am using teton feed with my dorman broker?

You only need the 2 systems for the Denali Data if you are getting the Denali data to two different computers at the same time. From what you state, you are only getting the Denali data to one computer - the one setup to use the Teton Order Routing with Dorman. In which case you would not need to do anything special or pay any extra fees. But, make sure that you really are using the Rithmic data on the computer with the connection to APEX. If the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes, then you will be getting the data from the Denali feed instead of from Rithmic. If this is the case, then you would have problems getting data to both systems at the same time.
