It is not the "Additional System" option that you need. By default you are setup to be able to have Sierra Chart running on up to 3 computers at the same time. The issue is with the exchange data, as the exchanges have different rules - in particular you can only have 2 connections to the data from from a single computer and if you want to have a second computer accessing the data at the same time, then you need to pay a second exchange fee.
