AMP live trading account with CQG credentials

I love this platform and I would never change it for another. I have an AMP live trading account and CQG credentials and paid market subscription for CME, NYMEX and EUREX this month. I have already connected to my live funded trading account this month. I followed all your instructions but still can't connected with real time data, should I pay again market suscription in order to have real time quotes of CME, NYMEX and EUREX? In the activation page there's written : Activating Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts. You must have a funded futures Trading account with one of the supported Trading Services and Sierra Chart must be connected to that account, to be able to use this exchange. Do *not* activate this exchange unless you have a funded futures trading account with one of the supported Trading Services because otherwise you will not receive real-time data with this particular exchange and Sierra Chart support will not be able to issue a refund. You will be charged 0 USD for the real-time data from the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts exchange from this moment until December 31. You will be charged the 33 USD next month on January 1 unless you deactivate the exchange. Press Activate to confirm. The fact is that I have already paid that subscription in my AMP live funded account throught CQG credentials. It seems however there are problems with symbols too even if I followed your instructions.. (To change symbols of existing charts in your open Chartbooks to the symbols used by the connected Trading service, select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service) |

We do not support CQG data for the CME Group and EUREX. Therefore, you will need to get these exchanges from us. You can then let AMP know that you do not want to pay for the CQG data and have them stop it for you. Follow the instructions at the following link to setup data for the CME Group: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* Follow the instructions at the following link to set up data for EUREX: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges* You will not need to change your symbols. The symbols you use are dependent on the Trading Service you are connected to, which is still CQG and will remain that way. The change is just so you get your data from us and trade with CQG.
