Un compañero me envió unos chatbook, los descargue y los coloque dentro de sierra chart. Lo descargado esta dentro de open chatbook y cuando lo abro no muestra nada. Dentro hay hedmap, profail,foodprint, track levels y mas cosas. Quizás sea por mi tipo de cuenta?. Si es así por favor díganme cual es el plan que debo comprar y lo compro. You are on a trial, which gives you the full access to the system, so this is not the problem. The most likely issue is simply that your friend is using a different "Service" than you are, in which case the symbols are different. To resolve this, open the chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. You should be fine after that.
