How do I have my volume profile develop on a fixed time instead of developing in real time. Meaning, I want the volume profile to develop everyday on the 17:00:00 x-axis. I think the correct setting for that is in "Volume By Price" under Analysis -> Studies.

If 17:00:00 is not the start of a specific session, then you would want to set the Volume by Price Input for Volume Graph Period Type to From Start-Time to End. Then you would enter the Start-Time (17:00:00) in the Input for Start Time field.

I still want the volume profile of each day to remain on my chart. I don't want an accumulation of volume profile from day to day. My session time is 18:00:00 (start time) to 17:00:00 (end time) every day for my chart. So, I want my volume profile to develop on 17:00:00 x-axis each day.

If we are understanding you correctly, the issue is that you want the Volume by Price profile to line up with the 17:00 bar. But, the first issue is that your Session Times are set such that the start of the day is 18:00. Yet, even if you change your session times to be 17:00 to 16:59:59 the next problem is that there is no trading at 17:00 Eastern US Time, so there is no bar until 18:00, therefore the profile will again be aligned to the 18:00 bar. The option you have would be to turn on the option for Chart >> Chart Settings >> Bar Period >> Include Columns with No Data, which will then put bars at 17:00, but this may not be what you want.
