If we are understanding you correctly, the issue is that you want the Volume by Price profile to line up with the 17:00 bar. But, the first issue is that your Session Times are set such that the start of the day is 18:00. Yet, even if you change your session times to be 17:00 to 16:59:59 the next problem is that there is no trading at 17:00 Eastern US Time, so there is no bar until 18:00, therefore the profile will again be aligned to the 18:00 bar. The option you have would be to turn on the option for Chart >> Chart Settings >> Bar Period >> Include Columns with No Data, which will then put bars at 17:00, but this may not be what you want.
