Hi Sierra chart support,

Can you check why I don't have real time data even though I have enough money in my sierra chart account?

In addition, why can't I see the graphs in real time on two computers at the same time?
I have multiple screens open from two different computers. Until the system version was changed there was no problem.

Everything on your account looks good in terms of getting the real-time data.

But, your account is not setup to get data to two different computers at the same time. We looked through your account and we do not see that you have ever been setup for this, so it is not possible that you were getting real-time data to both systems. Refer to the following for information on how you can setup your options to get the data to both systems:

If you are still having an issue getting the real-time data to one system without having another system connected at the same time, then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

Thanks for the quick reply.
I have real time information now on one computer.

Could it be that I had access to more than one computer while the account was managed over the years through a TransAct account?

At some point in the past - several years ago - it would have been possible, but the exchanges tightened up the rules so it is not something that we can do without the additional exchange fees anymore.

It was definitely not anytime recently that this should have been occurring. If it was, it was a complete accident on our end.
