Please come back to me with information why the update went wrong and what can we do about it.

We see the following in your Installation Log:
Error opening C:\SierraChart\CrashReporter.exe. Windows error code 32: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
Error encountered with file move. Retrying in 2 seconds.
Starting move of CrashReporter.exe

You must have Sierra Chart running somewhere when you did the update. Be sure to exit any sub-instances and start the update using Help >> Download Current Version from within your main Sierra Chart, which will ensure that everything gets installed to the proper location.
