hye iwant to tell you that i connect my IB to sierra chart and with live funded account still i cant get non professional cme rates at your sierra, i already submit agrreemant agai providing account num too ...

I moved you back to SP11, you would need to be on one of SP10, SP11 or SP12 in order to connect to Interactive Brokers and (or) activate Real-time CME Group Data via Denali. Please activate the CME Group Exchanges that you want Real-time Data for, you can do that via #3 here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#DenaliCME (You might wait to activate real-time data until the 1st of next month, so you are not paying a full exchange fee for just 3 days of Real-time Data) ----- Set Auto-Renew for Service Package to 11 - Integrated Advanced. ahh thanks now i see cme nonprofessional rates but one thing i want to tell you that is when i connect my IBKR to sierra through api procedure everything is ok but i cant see order flow correctly i mean delta footprint is behaving not normal order flow is not accurate why? any idea?

Hi blackcobra777, well you have not activated any Real-time CME Group Exchanges for November. So you would activate the CME Group Exchanges that you want Real-time Data for, you can do that via #3 here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#DenaliCME (You might wait to activate real-time data until the 1st of December, so you are not paying a full exchange fee for just 2 days of Real-time Data) |
