I moved you back to SP11, you would need to be on one of SP10, SP11 or SP12 in order to connect to Interactive Brokers and (or) activate Real-time CME Group Data via Denali. Please activate the CME Group Exchanges that you want Real-time Data for, you can do that via #3 here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#DenaliCME (You might wait to activate real-time data until the 1st of next month, so you are not paying a full exchange fee for just 3 days of Real-time Data) ----- Set Auto-Renew for Service Package to 11 - Integrated Advanced.
