Unable to get intraday data for 60 min ES chart

Recently my data feed stopped working properly on existing chart for ES-202212-CME 60 min (or any other intraday chart) after I followed the instructions to update symbols and change chart symbol from ES-202212-GLOBEX to ES-202212-CME
I am using InteractiveBrokers with Allow Support for Sierra chart data feeds set to Yes

I tried creating a new chart, add symbol ES-202212-CME set to 60in, select "Delete all data and download"
I still see only one bar on the chart and no historical data

T get the following errors in the log:

Download the stable IB TWS Latest Version 10.20.1c from the IB website. This will fix your data issues.

After you update TWS to the correct version:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

What we do recommend though is using the Denali Data Feed for data and that can be done by completing the agreements here and activating the exchanges:

Once you start using the Denali Data Feed, re-download the data again as explained above.
