After you update TWS to the correct version:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

What we do recommend though is using the Denali Data Feed for data and that can be done by completing the agreements here and activating the exchanges:

Once you start using the Denali Data Feed, re-download the data again as explained above.
