Make sure you have all the options set correctly at the top of the Trade Activity Log and that you select the "Apply" button after you make any changes to those filters. Refer to the following:

All options are set correctly. I have reviewed the link you sent and made sure everything is working correctly. However, the trades are still wrong.

In what way are the trades "wrong"?

There will be missing trades, incorrect amounts (for example, if I make 300 profit, on the log it may be 1000+) and extra trades that were "entered" several weeks ago on the log (I never took them), then only just closed now; leading to trades of +30,000 for example.

There may be missing fills:

Also make sure the start Date-Time is correct:

Date and time are correct and fixing missing fills didnt solve the issue

Why is this the case then:
There will be missing trades, incorrect amounts (for example, if I make 300 profit, on the log it may be 1000+) and extra trades that were "entered" several weeks ago on the log (I never took them), then only just closed now; leading to trades of +30,000 for example.
We cannot know from our position.

This does not make sense. Where did they come from?
and extra trades that were "ente does not make sense to us.red" several weeks ago on the log (I never took them)
You can delete those from the log:
Trade Activity Log: Trade Activity Data Editing Menu Commands (Trade >> Trade Activity Log)

Are there missing fills? What is wrong. We do not know. For an understanding of fill matching:
Trade Activity Log: Order Fill Matching and Flat to Flat Definition

This information will also help:
Trade Activity Log: Open Quantity Field Calculation Method

For example this:
if I make 300 profit, on the log it may be 1000+)
How do you calculate the 300 profit? And and where do you see this 1000+ in the log? On the Trades tab? That is just simply based upon the entry and exit price of a trade. Are the fill prices for those wrong in some way? Are 2 fills being matched together that you do not want matched together? The information linked above, will help you understand how all this works.

We cannot help with this. It is your responsibility to go through the fills one by one, and understand how they are matched as explained here:
Trade Activity Log: Open Quantity Field Calculation Method (We did some updates to this section now for more clarity)

We simply do not know what the problem is. We do not provide this detailed analysis as explained here:
Trade Activity Log: Questions About the Trade Activity Log Data

This is not hard. You are the one generating the order fills, and you need to look at all of the fills involved in the Trades calculation, the entry price and the exit price, and see where the problem is. What is the issue?

Is there a missing fill? Is the first fill listed in the first tab of the Trade Activity Log based upon the settings at the top, not the start of a new Position? Is the Date-Time of the fills wrong? Are there fills that should not be there? Is there a fill price wrong? Is there an incorrect quantity? What is the Profit/Loss setting at the top of the log set to?

A Trade consists of a buy fill and a sell fill. Those are matched together. Is there a problem with the matching? How the matching works is explained as linked above.

You cannot simply tell us there is a problem. Where is the problem? We need a lot more details. We are helping you sort out the problem. It is your responsibility to go through the fills, and understand how they are matched according to the documentation and determine where the problem is.

Here is a video here, that also provides good help to you:
Trade Activity Log: Understanding and Setting the Start Date-Time for a Trades List

And how is it that we are not providing you support? Look at the detailed information we are giving you. You cannot expect us, to be going through all of your order fills and analyzing them and trying to sort this out. How are we to know ourselves what is right and wrong? We do not know! That is the problem! You did the trading. You know what is right and what is wrong. We do not. You know how involved and costly it is to sort through all of your trading activity and try to make sense of it when someone tells us there something wrong. We would have a lot of questions to ask you.

Probably the best approach would be to go to the first tab of the Trade Activity Log >> Trade Activity and set the filter at the top left to "Fills". Then you are just seeing the fills.

Remove any fills from there that you do not want (Documentation linked above for this). Check all of the parameters of the fills, the Date-Time, the Side, the Quantity, the Price, the Symbol and Trade Account. Make sure those are correct and they can be changed if necessary. But there really should not be a problem with them.

Make sure the first fill is the start of a new position.

And if you still see an issue on the Trades tab, then just simply manually start matching them up yourself and you should be coming to the same result that is happening on the Trades tab. If not, maybe you are using LIFO and the log is using FIFO. We would also recommend not using Flat to Flat matching because this sounds more complexity and confusion.
