Probably the best approach would be to go to the first tab of the Trade Activity Log >> Trade Activity and set the filter at the top left to "Fills". Then you are just seeing the fills. Remove any fills from there that you do not want (Documentation linked above for this). Check all of the parameters of the fills, the Date-Time, the Side, the Quantity, the Price, the Symbol and Trade Account. Make sure those are correct and they can be changed if necessary. But there really should not be a problem with them. Make sure the first fill is the start of a new position. And if you still see an issue on the Trades tab, then just simply manually start matching them up yourself and you should be coming to the same result that is happening on the Trades tab. If not, maybe you are using LIFO and the log is using FIFO. We would also recommend not using Flat to Flat matching because this sounds more complexity and confusion.
