Tradovate CQG Level 2 not working on market depth historical graph

I don't appear to be getting any level 2 depth of market in sierra, which is why the historical graph is only display levels very close to price. I do have a level 2 subscription with tradovate. I have CQG set up to feed sierra data. Not sure why it's not working.

You are setup to get your data for the CME exchange from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. But you did not activate an exchange with Market Depth Data. If you need the Market Depth data, then you will want to deactivate the exchange you currently have active and activate one that includes the Market Depth data. If you just need data for the CME exchange, then you will want to activate the following exchange: CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts Note that you will pay the full amount for the exchange for the remainder of this month. The exchanges do not pro-rate the exchange costs. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Okay thank you. I have deactivated my current one and activated the "CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts". Thanks!

Do I also need to keep the level 2 data with tradovate? I'm not evening trading live on there just demo, but it's using CQG to feed sierra. I just would like to cut some costs if its possible.

This statement is not fully correct. You are getting your data for the CME exchange from us. If you are charting instruments on other exchanges, then that data would come from CQG. But if you only deal with the CME exchange products, then you should definitely cancel the data from CQG, as you are not using it. You still need your CQG account in order to trade and to verify your non-professional status, it is just the data you do not need.
