You are setup to get your data for the CME exchange from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. But you did not activate an exchange with Market Depth Data. If you need the Market Depth data, then you will want to deactivate the exchange you currently have active and activate one that includes the Market Depth data. If you just need data for the CME exchange, then you will want to activate the following exchange: CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts Note that you will pay the full amount for the exchange for the remainder of this month.
