Lost my charts and can't reconnect to data feed

From 6pm ET my charts for the first time were not the same as my TransAct DOM. I have never seen this before. SC has been spot on for all the years I have been using your charts. I am only trading the MNQ so there has been no change on my side. I followed all your directions about disconnecting and re-connecting to the best of my ability and just now the charts have appeared BUT with the same problem... consistently 5 to 6 points behind the prices on the TA DOM. This is unbelievable to me. Why all of a sudden should this problem appear after many years of no troubles? What do I need to do to correct this because I can't work with this 5 plus point variable price difference. Wait.. now chart price is 17 points behind my DOM. Life is tough enough without this handicap. I really need your assistance. I assume I made some mistake but have no idea how to correct this. Thank you.

TransAct stopped support for Sierra Chat several months ago. You were continuing to get the real-time data from our Denali data feed as your non-professional verification was valid through October 31, 2022. Since we are now passed that date, your verification is no longer valid and you are not able to get the real-time data, therefore you are getting the Delayed Streaming data instead. If you want to continue to use Sierra Chart for trading, then you will need to change brokers. We recommend a broker that supports our Teton Order Routing Service.
