I tried the update steps, but not working. My funded live account is with Infinity Futures which I believe is Transact. It was working for two months, but stopped today. |

TransAct/Infinity stopped support for Sierra Chart several months ago. You were able to continue to get real-time data since your non-professional verification date was October 31, 2022. Which also means that as of today (November 1) you no longer have the non-professional verification and that is why you are getting the delayed streaming data instead of real-time data. If you want to continue to use Sierra Chart for trading, then we recommend changing brokers to a broker that supports our Teton Order Routing Service. You will find the list of brokers at step #2 of the Setup Instructions, which can be found at the following link: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions If you want to continue to use Sierra Chart for charting, then you will still need to have a live, funded, futures trading account for verification of your non-professional status to get data from our Denali feed for the CME Group data.
