Hi,

I want to make sure I have this correct. I paid my up my balance a few days ago. I thought that was for data. Is that deposit just for Sierra charting? Do I still need to set up an account with Stage Five or Edge Clear, make a deposit, and connect once a month? You guys have been really helpful and sent out emails. I just want to make sure I am doing this right before I open another account. Thank you!

Yesterday (October 31, 2022) you had a renewal of your Usage Time for Package 11 for one month ($46.00) and then today you had a renewal of your exchange fees for the Full CME Group ($3.50).

But, your trading account verification ended yesterday (October 31, 2022), so you are not able to get the real-time data for the CME Group exchanges since you can not connect to TransAct any longer.

Therefore, to continue to use Sierra Chart and get the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, you will need to have another live trading account with a broker/trading service that we support. Either Stage 5 or Edge Clear will work for this. They will set you up with the Teton Order Routing Service. Therefore, you will go through the Setup Instructions at the following link:
