Yesterday (October 31, 2022) you had a renewal of your Usage Time for Package 11 for one month ($46.00) and then today you had a renewal of your exchange fees for the Full CME Group ($3.50). But, your trading account verification ended yesterday (October 31, 2022), so you are not able to get the real-time data for the CME Group exchanges since you can not connect to TransAct any longer. Therefore, to continue to use Sierra Chart and get the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, you will need to have another live trading account with a broker/trading service that we support. Either Stage 5 or Edge Clear will work for this. They will set you up with the Teton Order Routing Service.
