I updated to version 2448 earlier this week and now one of my sub-instance repeatedly has a gap in the data for some reason. I use 2 sub instances and there is no problem with sub instance 2, but sub instance 3 keeps having data missing even if I delete it all from the data folder and have it all reloaded fresh when I start it back up. I'm not sure why it's only one of the sub instances having the problem. And it wasn't having the problem before the update. Not sure if its actually related to the update, or if its just bad timing since I'm also seeing other posts about data problems while you guys are doing some updates to your system this week. Any suggestions? Or is there any info you need from me to help? Like I said, it wasn't a problem before and I haven't made any changes other than the update. Thank you for the help.

We certainly do not believe that has anything to do with the update, it's just bad timing. Also the other issues you are seeing are completely different from what you are seeing, since this is related to a Sub-Instance only. Please go to your Main instance and open a chart for the symbol you are having an issue with (if it is not already open). Check if the main instance shows the same issue or not. If it does, then follow the instructions at the following link to redownload the data starting from just before the missing data: Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method) Then do the same thing in the Sub-Instance.
