We certainly do not believe that has anything to do with the update, it's just bad timing. Also the other issues you are seeing are completely different from what you are seeing, since this is related to a Sub-Instance only.

Please go to your Main instance and open a chart for the symbol you are having an issue with (if it is not already open). Check if the main instance shows the same issue or not. If it does, then follow the instructions at the following link to redownload the data starting from just before the missing data:
Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method)

Then do the same thing in the Sub-Instance.
