Hi,

I had not renewed my $36.00 service package 5 until recently.

However, there is no price movement on the charts or the price ladder / DOM? I have tried to reload / delete and reload the data under the edit tab (and translate symbol to current data).

Has there been any change in the service packages? Do I need a different package?

I do not require live data at the moment and only TPO and delayed market data for testing.

I would be most grateful for your assistance.

Our servers are showing that your Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services. This, in combination with the fact that you do not have any real-time data services setup with us implies that you are using our Delayed Streaming data.

If all of this is correct, then your account is setup properly for this and there is nothing about your account that would be causing any issue.

Please follow these instructions to get us your Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

You are correct, the account is properly set up as I didn't see the important message below:

"2022-07-04: IMPORTANT NOTICE: Not receiving Delayed Data? To solve this you need to update to the current version."

Updating the version has resolved the issue - thank you.
