Hi, I had not renewed my $36.00 service package 5 until recently. However, there is no price movement on the charts or the price ladder / DOM? I have tried to reload / delete and reload the data under the edit tab (and translate symbol to current data). Has there been any change in the service packages? Do I need a different package? I do not require live data at the moment and only TPO and delayed market data for testing. I would be most grateful for your assistance. |
