Dear Support!
I have a problem, I would like to ask for your help. When I am not logged in to SC, I have no data for the period I log in next time.
(when I exited yesterday, there was the last candle on the chart at that time, this is same on the footprint chart and the DOM data).
Check-out yesterday around 14:40, check-in around 07:00 today. There is no data on my charts for this period. This is the third time this month. I have an 11 Integrated Advanced service package.

Our servers are showing that your Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services.

If this is the case, then you would be getting our Delayed Streaming Data for The CME Group, EUREX, CFE, and NASDAQ TotalView data, and you should not have any issue getting the historical data when you open Sierra Chart.

Please get us a copy of your Message Log by following the instructions at the following link, and tell us one symbol for which you are having this issue:
