Dear Support! I have a problem, I would like to ask for your help. When I am not logged in to SC, I have no data for the period I log in next time. (when I exited yesterday, there was the last candle on the chart at that time, this is same on the footprint chart and the DOM data). Check-out yesterday around 14:40, check-in around 07:00 today. There is no data on my charts for this period. This is the third time this month. I have an 11 Integrated Advanced service package. Thank you for your answer and help! Richard Tóth |
