Rithmic DTC with Denali not working despite [M] and funded account

Hi

I use the Denali datafeed with Rithmic DTC for an Apex prop firm account. Today it has stopped downloading the data correctly. There is now data missing and all chart drawings have moved/been hidden.

I also connect via a funder AMP Futures account (CQG login - no data). on this account everything remains fine.

On both/all accounts the [M] is displayed at the top of the chart in the title bar.

In the log it shows a successful connection via the CQG login

The chart also looks correct if using the SC All Services connection.

I have tried the following:

- deleting and re-downloading all data
- updating to the latest version of SC
- remaining connected to the CQG connection on a 2nd instance

It is almost as if SC is using the Rithmic data rather than the Denali data? Is there a quick fix to this please as currently i have 1 account that cannot be traded.

To update further on this.

I have managed to restore data so it now looks as per the CQG login and SC all services login

I am now getting a “permission denied” message when logging in with the rithmic credentials.

Allow Sc data services is set to “yes” but the [M] is now missing from the chart heading.

If I tried to place a trade, I got a permission denied/failed message.

Please help

Final update: i have translated the symbols and i now see the live data for the current trading session but the historical data has a lot of gaps in it will completed days missing and all the chart drawings are moved/hidden. The data seems to be ok up to 09/09/22 but anything after that is incomplete.

The [M] is now shown at the top in the title bar.

This seems to be an issue with Denali not downloading correctly when using a Rithmic login.

Can the SC team please help?

In the chart that is missing the historical data select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. You just need to do this once for the symbol, not for all charts.
