Hi I use the Denali datafeed with Rithmic DTC for an Apex prop firm account. Today it has stopped downloading the data correctly. There is now data missing and all chart drawings have moved/been hidden. I also connect via a funder AMP Futures account (CQG login - no data). on this account everything remains fine. On both/all accounts the [M] is displayed at the top of the chart in the title bar. In the log it shows a successful connection via the CQG login The chart also looks correct if using the SC All Services connection. I have tried the following: - deleting and re-downloading all data - updating to the latest version of SC - remaining connected to the CQG connection on a 2nd instance It is almost as if SC is using the Rithmic data rather than the Denali data? Is there a quick fix to this please as currently i have 1 account that cannot be traded. |
