First, you need to be on one of the Integrated Packages in order to be able to make a connection to your trading service. Refer to the following for the information on the differences in the Integrated packages: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages What broker will you be using with Sierra Chart? We want to be able to point you to the proper setup instructions, as well as make sure you can get the CME Group exchanges at the non-professional rate. I reviewed the link and it sounds like Package 11 would be the best fit since I intend to use Volume profile and Footprints charts.

That is correct, you would need Package 11 to have access to the Numbers Bars (Footprint) study. If you are with AMP, then most likely you are setup to use CQG for your order routing. We no longer can bring in data from CQG for the CME Group or EUREX. Therefore, you would need to also setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data. You can then let AMP know that you do not need the data from CQG, so you will not be paying twice for data. Refer to the setup instructions for the CME Group data at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thanks for clarifying. I will review the data feed link and come back with questions (if any). Once I setup Denali data feed with Sierra charts, does that mean I will be trading directly in Sierra charts, ie place bracket order in SC? |

Yes, you will setup your trades in Sierra Chart and submit them. They will then go to CQG for the order routing and will be associated with your AMP account.

Can I SIM trade MES once I setup package 11 and the futures data? Do I need to setup CQG user to connect with AMP while sim trading?

I need some help with selecting the exchange. I am basically looking to trade ES, MES, NQ, and MNQ. Is "CME non-professional top-of-book" (1.25 per month) sufficient for this? What is included in "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts"? Thanks |

If you do not need Market Depth data, then the CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book would be sufficient for what you want, as those 4 instruments are all traded on the CME exchange. The "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional trading accounts" includes data from all 4 of the CME Group exchanges (CME, CBOT, COMEX and NYMEX). If you need data from at least 3 of these exchanges, then this exchange option is the best one to use, as you get all 4 for the price of 3. I purchased Package 11 and activated CME top of the book. When I open the intra day chart (1 min), I see "delayed" in the title and also in DOM. How do I make it real time? |

You will need to connect to your AMP account using CQG once a month to authorize the CME real-time data. The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees. Refer to the following for instructions on how to connect once a month to your *live funded* trading account to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees If you do not have a funded trading account or one with a supported trading service, then refer to this solution: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement Consider the above solution to avoid this problem in the future. My current live funded account is with AMP. In the instructions it is mentioned to set the data feed "Current Selected Service". I don't see it as an option. Possible to do a screenshare to resolve this? |

I repeated the steps again but I still see Delayed in the title bar. Also, I checked my AMP Account. It is active and current has $125 which should be sufficient to SIM trade. |

AMP will have set you up with CQG for your order routing. You should have a set of credentials from them for a Username and Password. As such, you will use these when you setup your Sierra Chart to connect to your CQG account. To do this, follow these instructions: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thanks for the suggestion. I reached out to AMP futures and they gave me the steps. I don't see "delayed" anymore.

Quick question - I am getting "waiting to download historical data" and it has been showing for more than 10 minutes now. How do I resolve this? |
