If you do not need Market Depth data, then the CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book would be sufficient for what you want, as those 4 instruments are all traded on the CME exchange. The "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional trading accounts" includes data from all 4 of the CME Group exchanges (CME, CBOT, COMEX and NYMEX). If you need data from at least 3 of these exchanges, then this exchange option is the best one to use, as you get all 4 for the price of 3.
