Hello,

Thank you mbarbhaya, I don't know about Ironbeam but I am with Stage 5 for 3 months now and everything is fine. Good support and fast answering for every doubt or problem. mbarbhaya, They are very competitive regarding fees / commissions, but I don't think I should disclose the prices here. Their margins are quite good too. I can ask Anthony from Stage 5 to contact you here, if you want to. |

He will set everything for me at Stage 5 in 5 days after he receives my funds. Also I am in touch with Ironbeam sales rep. I am new to Sierra Charts and Teton connections. My apologies, I was just trying to be supportive, not the opposite. Under my experience, when some new users have their first contact with SC they can get confused and sometimes discouraged. I was just trying to avoid that. Actually, this new user (mbarbhaya) was in contact with me through pm yesterday and provided him some good sources of information regarding SC. Attached below is a snippet of the chat I had with a Byron from Stage 5 yesterday: //Essentially, Byron was unwilling to answer any of my questions, ended the chat before I had accomplished anything, and accused me of being a spammer. Interestingly enough, after I was denied assistance from Stage 5, I contacted Ironbeam, and they have been more helpful. Personally, I wouldn't open an account with Stage 5. I am a Stage 5 customer for a while now. Before I open my account I asked them many questions and they always answered promptly to all of them. Why don't you just follow their suggestion and e-mail them? |
