Attached below is a snippet of the chat I had with a Byron from Stage 5 yesterday:

Personally, I wouldn't open an account with Stage 5.

I am a Stage 5 customer for a while now. Before I open my account I asked them many questions and they always answered promptly to all of them.

Why don't you just follow their suggestion and e-mail them?
