hi, Everything was working fine up until i updated to the latest Sierra Chart version 2443, now the charts are not even loading up. look at attached file. Can someone help with this issue? Kind Regards |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". Hi, i have downloaded a separate Sierra chart and connected to Rithmic, the issue am having is when i open the charts it tells me "Download Failed, Error Downloading historical Intraday data for ESZ2.CME. Historical data logon error: permission denied". I have the Denali package 11 data and i have a live account and i logged in and i followed the steps on the Sierra website regarding connecting of Sierra Chart to Rithmic. Maybe i missed something can someone help with this issue? Kind regards. |
