Hi, i have downloaded a separate Sierra chart and connected to Rithmic, the issue am having is when i open the charts it tells me "Download Failed, Error Downloading historical Intraday data for ESZ2.CME. Historical data logon error: permission denied". I have the Denali package 11 data and i have a live account and i logged in and i followed the steps on the Sierra website regarding connecting of Sierra Chart to Rithmic. Maybe i missed something can someone help with this issue? Kind regards. |
