Unable to add credit

Hello,

I would like to add credit as my Sierra Chart usage time expired but all of my attempts to make a payment have been rejected.
I have added credit using PayPal many times before and never had a problem but this time the payment is rejected.
It seems as if Teton keeps rejecting the payment for some reason.

I even even tried to pay using my credit card, but it did not work either.

Could you please help me with this?

We have extended your account by 10 days. We do not know why there are payment card rejections. You would need to ask your bank to find out why. We do not know.
