Hello, I would like to add credit as my Sierra Chart usage time expired but all of my attempts to make a payment have been rejected. I have added credit using PayPal many times before and never had a problem but this time the payment is rejected. It seems as if Teton keeps rejecting the payment for some reason. I even even tried to pay using my credit card, but it did not work either. Could you please help me with this? Thank you very much. |
