I am trying to create additional trade simulation accounts. I was able to create one Trade Simulation Account only. Here is what I did so far: * I Specified 5 allowed trades simulation accounts (see screenshot) as per this documentation: Newer versions of Sierra Chart supports multiple Trade Simulation Accounts.
Trade Simulation: Multiple Trade Simulation AccountsThe number of trade simulation accounts is set through Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> Number Simulation Accounts. Specify a number between 1 to 400. * I then followed these instructions: Select Trade >> Trade Accounts Monitor.
Simulated Futures Trading ServiceSelect Manage >> New Trade Account. In the Trade Account edit field enter any trade account identifier which is at least three characters. Using letters and numbers only. However, in my Trade account monitor, most of my buttons have been greyed out. (screenshot attached) I created the simulation account in my trial period. Then once I paid up for the signed service the functionality seems unavailable. Please advise |

Hi, Two questions: 1. How do I get trade menu on the left side when I right click instead of listing in one side of the menu. I want to have it on left side along with my right click menu. Currently its at the bottom and I have to select it to go for sub menu to trade. I want it on same menu where I can select buy and sell with out an extra step. 2. In the copy trade function how can I save my setup where I don't have to enable every time I take a trade and it saves my preferences for the copy trade window/function. ? Basically My order allocation is saved so I don't have to enable it every time I take a trade. Thanks |

1. Refer to the following: Global Trade Settings Windows: Display Chart Trade Commands As Sub-Menu (Global Settings >> Chart Trade Settings >> General >> Order Entry) 2. You have the "Order Allocation" set to be included with "Linking" and "Trade Window Configurations". As such, if you have not specifically saved a setup with all your order configurations and with all the charts that have the Trade Window setup, then when you make changes the Order Allocations will be adjusted based on those other settings. If you want an Order Allocation to stay static for a particular chart and trade configuration, then set both of those options to "No". Then the order allocation for that chart will always be the same. Refer to the following: Order Allocation to Trade Accounts: Order Allocation to Trade Accounts Include in Linking For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
