I am trying to create additional trade simulation accounts. I was able to create one Trade Simulation Account only.

Here is what I did so far:

* I Specified 5 allowed trades simulation accounts (see screenshot) as per this documentation:
Newer versions of Sierra Chart supports multiple Trade Simulation Accounts.
The number of trade simulation accounts is set through Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> Number Simulation Accounts. Specify a number between 1 to 400.
Trade Simulation: Multiple Trade Simulation Accounts

* I then followed these instructions:
Select Trade >> Trade Accounts Monitor.
Select Manage >> New Trade Account.
In the Trade Account edit field enter any trade account identifier which is at least three characters. Using letters and numbers only.
Simulated Futures Trading Service

However, in my Trade account monitor, most of my buttons have been greyed out. (screenshot attached) I created the simulation account in my trial period. Then once I paid up for the signed service the functionality seems unavailable.

Please advise
