Hi SC,
Since yesterday, we don't receive live data for the 6B CME Future contract when SC opens up and we found the following in the log :
Symbol Error - 6BU22-CME is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. Already subscribed to symbol. New subscription rejected. | 2022-09-13 05:45:57.311

We've found that disconnecting and reconnecting SC allows us to then get the live data. We've only been paying for the live CME data for a few weeks and never had this issue until yesterday so maybe this comes from the roll of the futures ? We never had such issue with Eurex futures though. In case it could help, the rollover we use is "Continuous Futures Contract - Volume Based Rollover, back adjusted"

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
