Connected but no data/information showing past my last trading session on 9/01/22

Hello - I last traded on 9/01/22. Today I opened SC and it loaded all of my charts to the moment I logged off previously, 2022-09-01 11:38:46. From that point on no information exits in my charts. Quote boards show "0" for values on all CME/NYMEX/CBOT contracts. Time & Sales windows are empty. DOMs do not show anything, as if it is the weekend. Also the [M] that would normally appear to signify Denali data is not showing on any chart. I am effectively disconnected and unable to operate. Please help.

Same here! CANNOT perform a successful "Download Data from End of Chart" operation for VVIX-IND-CBOE, VIX-IND-CBOE, VXN-IND-CBOE, RVX-IND-CBOE, etc... Last effective record: 8/30/2022, nothing afterwards. What is going on? Checked definitions on IB side (Trader Workstation) and are still the same, as always, and I can also see historical records, there! |

User757136: If you are still having an issue, then we need to see your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is. I have been downloading historical data for those symbols for a LONG time, until just now. My current trading-desk (based on Sierra) is now rendered INOPERABLE, and this is serious. Since WHEN IB-data is not supported? What do I need to do to get CBOE indexes (VVIX, VIX, VXN and RVX, historical and real-time) working properly again on Sierra? What do I need to do to get SPY-STK-SMART/ARCA-USD, UVXY-STK-BATS, FXI-STK-SMART/ARCA-USD, SLV-STK-SMART/ARCA-USD working again on Sierra? I am experiencing same issue. My Forex data has big gaps now ... this is quite a serious problem. I get same "date, time or time zone entered is invalid" message. What do you suggest?

There are different issues being reported in this thread from different users. Regarding historical data from Interactive Brokers, apparently they have made a change which is causing a problem. We have put out a fix for the Interactive Brokers historical data issue. Update to the Pre-Release to get this change.
