I am preparing to start trading in September and get my subscription with SC, but I have a login problem on my PC. I cannot log in to sierra chart website from my PC and I cannot log in to the SC platform (I see a message: socket connection closed during the connection attempt). A few months back Rayfixed the problem directly on my (different) PC - this took him 7 minutes.

I would like to ask for remote support on my PC. I am sure Ray will be able to fix it so I will be ready to start in September.

Can we organize remote support, please?

You are able to log into the Sierra Chart website if you posted this message. So you do not have a problem with this.

Can you provide a screenshot of what you see at the Sierra Chart Login window when you try to login. Instructions to attach:

I am using my laptop to write the message (and log in to the SC dashboard). From my PC I cannot go to www.sierrachart.com or log in to SC. I trade from my PC, not from the laptop.

Here is the printscreen. I think only Rey can put SC back to work, as he did before.

Can we schedule the remote support, please?

Referring to the HTTP communication error when trying to go to www.sierrachart.com is ERROR 404. Please see the attachment.

I have tried to use the http.www.sierrachart.com address and the info is ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED. Printscreen in attachment.

This must be caused by a firewall on your side. Are you running any third-party firewall on your computer?

I do not have any antivirus on my PC.

Regarding Ray - I remember the last person who went with me on remote control support resolved the issue. I talked to Ray over the phone just before going into remote support and during the remote support, but maybe someone else was doing the IT work (support).
