I am preparing to start trading in September and get my subscription with SC, but I have a login problem on my PC. I cannot log in to sierra chart website from my PC and I cannot log in to the SC platform (I see a message: socket connection closed during the connection attempt). A few months back Rayfixed the problem directly on my (different) PC - this took him 7 minutes.

I would like to ask for remote support on my PC. I am sure Ray will be able to fix it so I will be ready to start in September.

Can we organize remote support, please?
