Hello Support,

I had couple of months ago, before the deadline of not being able to use CQG with a SC, I had signed up for a new 6 month term so I could use CQG untill I came back to full time trading due to personal reasons(Baby) and could see how to set up things for the future with SC.

I accedently switched in the account panel from pack 5 to 10, and switched back again in a matter of minutes, and I guess now due to the new setup being new and way after the dealine, the CQG connection is cut off. This was not my intention and I wanted to sit the remainder of my time out with this connection.

Could you please fix my error?

You gave me an evaluation pack. But I wanted to use that evaluation pack at the end of my previous term. Could this still be done for me later on? The thing is that im abroad for business for a while also in 3 weeks and I dont have much time to evaluate eitherway. So im bussy now and will be abroad later on. And wanted to use the evaluation pack when I got back or end of term I had with pack5

One thing to understand about the evaluation of Service Package 12 is that it can only be used while you have a paid Sierra Chart account. It does not give you free access to Sierra Chart.

The reason we have activated that evaluation is so you can connect to CQG. More information:
