Hello Support,

I had couple of months ago, before the deadline of not being able to use CQG with a SC, I had signed up for a new 6 month term so I could use CQG untill I came back to full time trading due to personal reasons(Baby) and could see how to set up things for the future with SC.

I accedently switched in the account panel from pack 5 to 10, and switched back again in a matter of minutes, and I guess now due to the new setup being new and way after the dealine, the CQG connection is cut off. This was not my intention and I wanted to sit the remainder of my time out with this connection.

Could you please fix my error?
