Says I'm a trial and don't have data flowing

Hi - I am shut down for data flow completely. There is plenty of funds on the account. When I click "Reconnect Data" it says I am a "Trial User" and it can't reconnect. But I have been using SC for over a year. Sierra Chart: can someone please look at my account and help me reconnect. I need the account I have because we have a bunch of coding in it. Thanks - Ashley

Everything on the account that you have posted from looks good. You should definitely not be getting anything that relates to a Trial account. The only reason that would occur is if you are logged in as a different user. Please check your Account Name by selecting "Help >> About" and ensure you are logged in with the correct account. Then please tell us (or give us a screenshot) exactly the wording of the message you are getting. I checked in "Help - About" and it says I am the correct account. Correct UserName. My data is stopped at 8/05 at 1457. I don't have the message anymore to attach to you as I deleted it and tried to trouble shoot the problem. I've looked through the documentation and did all I could. Thanks for the help - ashley |

The issue we see is that your symbols are not correct for the Current Selected Service. The service you have right now is "SC Data - All Services", but the symbols you have are for CQG. If you are going to stay connected to "SC Data - All Services" then you will need to open your Chartbooks and select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". Or, if you are going to change your service to CQG, then you should be fine once you make that change.
